CO2-Diffuser The CO2 gas is atomized into many bubbles by the diffuser. The bubbles create a larger contact surface enabling the CO2 to dissolve quickly in the aquarium water. The bubble counter visually controls the dosing of the CO2. As a rough rule of thumb: approx. 20 mg CO2 per litre. This corresponds to about 10 bubbles per minute per 100 litres of water. EHEIM CO2-diffuser 400 for small and medium aquariums up to 400 l Small, effective device with an integrated bubble counter and non-return valve.  Easy to connect and attach to the aquarium pane with suction holder.  Advantages: Small, space-saving device Highly efficient diffuser Bubble counter for visual control of CO2 dosing Non-return valve prevents water returning to the CO2 system Hose protection Powerful suction holder

Double tap with quick release coupling 12/16 mm

Active filter carbon with a high performance level – especially after treatment with medications EHEIM AKTIV is acid washed and activated for automatic water absorption (active surface area 1200 m²/g). Thus, it very quickly binds harmful chemical substances like pesticides, medical treatment residues and other substances and retains them. The water in the aquarium will turn crystal clear. Its use is particularly important after treating the livestock with medications. EHEIM AKTIV should only be used for a limited amount of time (ca. 4 weeks) and then removed or replaced. In the filter’s layering set-up EHEIM AKTIV should be used directly after the mechanical (e.g. EHEIM MECH or MECHpro) and the biological filter media (e.g. EHEIM SUBSTRATpro) in the net bag provided. Active carbon for self-activating adsorption Quickly binds chlorine, pesticides and other chemical substances Use e.g. after new tank installation or treatment with medications Use only for a limited period of time (ca. 4 weeks) Suitable for fresh and marine water Tip:Only use adsorptive filter media for a few weeks, as the harmful substances are only attached and can loosen after some time and be reintroduced into the water. At the very least they should be changed regularly. Normally adsorptive filtration is only necessary during aquarium set-up or after treatments with medications.

The EHEIM aqua is a multi-functional internal filter with compact dimensions and a clever modular design. EHEIM aqua is a very easy to use internal filter for small to medium-sized aquariums. Ideal for beginners, it is simply attached to the corner of the tank with suction cups. Due to it’s compact size it takes up minimum space in the aquarium and leaves plenty of room for aquascaping. The powerful pump and large intake area ensure efficiency and the output can be easily adjusted to regulate both the water throughflow and the surface movement. In addition, a diffuser enriches the water with oxygen. The main feature, however, is the modular design: The filter containers can be easily removed for cleaning and, if you want to increase the filter capacity, you can extend it with additional canister modules.Advantages of EHEIM aqua Modular internal corner filter for small and medium-sized aquariums from 30 to 200 litres Ideal for beginners Compact and space-saving Practical suction cup attachment (4 suction cups) Powerful pump Simple adjustable output Large suction area to utilise the full filter volume Mediabox for different filter media (e.g. EHEIM AKTIV Kohle (carbon), SUBSTRATpro, phosphateout etc.) Clip-in filter containers (cartridges) for easy cleaning and expansion if necessary Includes diffuser and hose Supplied complete with filter cartridges for mechanical-biological filtration Including EHEIM AKTIV KOHLE (carbon - 20 g) for the Mediabox Suitable for fresh and marine water The modular internal corner filter with many advantagesThe EHEIM aqua corner internal filter was specially developed for small to medium-sized aquariums from 30 to 200 litres and offers many advantages. The filter is ideal for beginners and is suitable for both fresh and marine water. As a compact corner filter, it requires little space and therefore leaves more room for animals, plants and decorations. This multi-purpose filter promotes the mechanical and biological cleaning of the aquarium water in a single operation with permanent circulation, continual surface movement and a constant oxygen supply. The powerful pump and the large suction area contribute to the utilisation of the full filter volume and the diffuser enriches the water with oxygen. The water flow rate and the surface flow can be individually controlled using the simple regulator. The foam cartridges in the filter containers promote both mechanical cleaning and biological water purification at the same time whilst the activated carbon used in the Mediabox supports adsorptive cleaning. (In the Mediabox, filter sponges can also be used for chemical or additional biological cleaning instead of activated carbon). The modular design simplifies access to filter cartridges and cleaning. It is also possible to add further filter containers.

The new EHEIM aquaAlert+e is a high-precision, intelligent conductivity meter for continuously monitoring the water quality within your aquarium. By accurately recording the electrical conductance (μS/ cm), the device provides precise data on the salt content and potential contaminants TDS (total dissolved solids) such as sodium chloride, nitrite and nitrate ( build-up of organic waste). The device recognises such changes at an early stage, it will reliably warn you if limit values are exceeded and will provide specific recommendations for necessary measures such as water changes or water hardening to ensure a stable water quality. Thanks to smart algorithms, EHEIM aquaAlert+e also calculates the estimated time until your next water change and therefore supports optimum maintenance of your aquarium. The integrated temperature measurement also aids with safety: if the water temperature rises above a predefined value, the appliance will sound an alarm. The dry-running warning and electrode cleaning reminders also help you to keep the water quality at the highest level in the long term or can warn you if there is a need to top up the aquarium or save your fish in the case of a potential failure of your aquarium. Note: The basis for the information on the water change is the conductivity measured in the water of your aquarium. We therefore recommend calling up the current water change information at lunchtime, for example when CO2 fertilisation is in operation or after the water change and the addition of all components such as water conditioner and plant fertiliser.Features of the EHEIM aquaAlert+eWarning system with integrated WLAN function (Wifi) and wireless control via smartphone, tablet or PC/MacPrecise measurements of the aquarium through calibration Individual warning with customisable limit values  Alarm in the event of a sudden increase in conductivity >50 % within one hour) Multiple warning levels with corresponding recommendations for action  Colour-coded visual display of the warning level (green/ yellow/ red)  Automatic calculation of the time until the next water change based on gathered data history • Notification if the temperature is exceeded or the electrode runs dry  Reminder for electrode cleaning for permanently precise measured values; automatic
